Pre-framed House Packages

House packages are designed and built to strict standards in a controlled environment, using the highest quality materials available.  Pre-framed shell packages include everything you need to complete the house on the exterior, including complete floor, wall panel, and roof systems.  We offer 2x4 or 2x6 exterior walls with bottom and 1st and 2nd top plates applied, and with wall sheathing pre-applied or shipped loose.  Most exterior and interior wall panels are in sections no longer than 12', and are pre-drilled for lateral electrical runs.  Material packages are available to fully complete the house on the inside, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, insulation, floor coverings, kitchen cabinets and countertops, interior doors and trim, and even the paint, paintbrushes, and light bulbs. 

Pre-framed and enineered component systems make it possible to maximize the use of materials, producing less waste and, therefore, saving money as well as assembly time.
